Traveller values your privacy. Our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to all the Personal Data we gather, and you share with us when you visit our websites, use our apps, and utilize any services provided by Traveller including our loyalty program and live chat options. Once you choose to provide us with Personal Data, Traveller will only use your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is issued on behalf of the Traveller and is hereinafter referred to as “Traveller”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in this Privacy Policy. Traveller is the controller and responsible for this website.

Please note that other airlines have their own privacy policies. Traveller recommends you read those other policies if your travel plans include travel on other airlines, as those policies may differ from Traveller.

If you visit one of our Reservations and Ticketing Offices or a Traveller Lounge, you may be monitored by closed circuit television for security purposes.

We also collect, use, and share aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data for different purposes. Aggregated data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your usage data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website, mobile application, or service feature. However, if we combine or connect aggregated data with your Personal Data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as Personal Data which will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Where we need to collect Personal Data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, where permitted by applicable law, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with access or use to our website, mobile application, and other services).

We are not able to identify the age of persons who access and use our website, mobile sites, or mobile apps or subscribe to our newsletters.
